Abstract   The quantitative expansion without adequate preparation and even lack basic inJrastructure has adversely affected the quality of management education in India. Hence. there is an urgent need For developing a monitoring system For management education. In this direction ‘measuring service quality’ plays an important role in maintaining the standards in the ‘process phase’ of delivering education quality. This paper attempts to examine the students perceptions and expectations of service quality in NAAC accredited B-school. This helps in evolving a model of service parameters that B-schools could adopt in order to have competitive advantage over their competitors.
