Abstract   This paper attempts to study the attention of the vehicle insurance holders towards the vehicle insurance and the execution of marketing strategies towards the insurance companies in Salem city. It also finds the attention and the marketing efforts among the customers. Interview schedule was administered on the respondents. From the analysis of the primary survey, appropriate marketing strategies were suggested. The implication and direction for future study are discussed.
