Dr. Mohd Nasir holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), an MBA in HRM from AMU, and a BCA from Bangalore University. With extensive teaching experience of India and abroad (Nigeria), Dr. Mohd Nasir has been actively involved in educating BBA, MBA, and B.Com students in core business and management disciplines, particularly in the areas of Human Resource Management and Information Technology.
His academic interests and areas of specialization include HRM, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic HRM.
Dr. Mohd Nasir has also contributed to academic research, publishing works in scopus indexed journals that highlight his expertise in HRM, further strengthening his interdisciplinary approach and dedication to advancing knowledge in these fields.
