Dr. Ruksar Ali is an Assistant Professor at Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies, Aligarh. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Aligarh Muslim University. She has also qualified the UGC-NET, reflecting her strong academic credentials.
She was awarded her PhD from the Aligarh Muslim University in 2024. Her thesis work explores complexities and dimensions of organizational career management.
She has contributed significantly to the fields of HR and marketing through numerous publications in Scopus indexed, Web of Science, and other international peer-reviewed journals. With a strong academic background and a passion for research, she is dedicated to advance knowledge in management studies while mentoring future professionals in the field.
