Mr. Imran Alam is working as a Sr. Assistant Professor at Al – Barkaat Educational Institutions, Aligarh since year 2005. He holds M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science in Computer Science and Master of Science in Mathematics from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi and Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He has also qualified GATE in Computer Science & Engineering. His research areas and special interests include Cloud Computing, Data Mining & Data warehousing, Analysis and Design of Algorithms, Mathematical Modelling and Semantic Web.
His areas of teaching interest include Operations Research, Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Discrete and Advanced Discrete Mathematics, Database Management Systems, Analysis and Design of Algorithms and Computer Programming.
He has presented many papers in National and International Conferences and published various research papers in journals of international repute.
Mr. Imran Alam has a teaching experience of more than 18 years.
Besides teaching and research, Imran Alam has a rich administrative experience and is actively involved in various developmental work of the organization in various capacities.
He is also a counsellor for Discrete Mathematics, Advanced Discrete Mathematics, Analysis and Design of Algorithms subjects of M.C.A and B.C.A at A.M.U, IGNOU centre for 15 years.
