Free Health Check-up Camp by IT Super Specialty Hospital in ABIMS

On 23.02.2019 a free Health Check-up Camp was successfully organized in Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies, Aligarh in association with IT Super Specialty Hospital, Medical Road, Aligarh.  During this drive, faculty, staff and students from ABIMS and various other sister institutions of Al-Barkaat Educational Society availed the free health check-up and super specialist doctors’ consultation. The list of such super specialist physicians and surgeons from IT Super Specialty Hospital included Dr. Khursheed Faridi, Neurology; Dr. Masood Ahmad, Orthopedics; Dr. Shabih Ahmad, Orthoedics; Dr. S. Ahmad, Skin; Dr. Bushra, Gynecology; Dr. Abdul Quadir, General Surgery; Dr. Aisha Siddiqui, Dentistry; and Dr. Jibran Ahmad Khan, Physiotherapy. The event was successfully and efficiently coordinated and supervised by Mr. Fahad Afzal, Quality Manager, Mr. Mohd. Adil and Mr. Arshad Alam of IT Super Specialty Hospital. On behalf of Al- BArkaat Institute of Management Studies and Al-Barkaat Educational Society; Dr. Waseem Ahmad, Director, ABIMS and Dr. FU Siddiqui, Coordinator, ABES thanked and wished huge success to the Hospital.

Campus Placement Drive for Bose Corporation

On 16.03.2019 a 4-member selection panel from Vividh HR (Bose Corporation) Noida shortlisted our 8 MBA final year students for final round to take place in Gurgaon/Jaipur next week. The shortlisted students are: Abu Sufiyan, Krishan Gopal, Md Shamshad, Mohammad Suhail, Mujahid Ali, S Anas Ahmad, Syed Ahmad Kamal, Syed Mohd. Usayad . The students were shortlisted on the basis of performance in group discussion and personal interview. The selected students will work for globally acclaimed sound and hearing instruments manufacturer and marketer Bose Corporation India. They will be getting salary approx Rs. 30kpm.

Saif Memorial Cricket Match

March 23, 2019: Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies (ABIMS) organized ‘Saif Memorial Cricket Match’ under the aegis of Al-Barkaat Educational Society, as a tribute to our MBA final year student late Mr. Syed Saif Hussain who unfortunately expired on February 23, 2019. The cricket match was played between the teams of MBA and BBA students. MBA team won the match and bagged the ‘Saif Memorial Trophy’. Director, ABIMS Dr. Waseem Ahmad and Guest of Honour Mr. Syed Sadaf Hussain, the brother of deceased presented the trophy to the winning team.

Campus Placement Drive by CADD Centre Training Services

On April 3, 2019, Mr. Ejaz Ahmad of CADD Centre Training Services, Aligarh conducted campus interviews in ABIMS. After rigorous selection process the panel selected Mujahid Ali and Shabnam Ansari of MBA-final year and handed over offers of employment. On the occasion, Dr. Waseem Ahmad, Director ABIMS welcomed the selection team and thanked them for choosing Al-Barkaat Educational Institutions for company’s hiring needs.

Campus Placement Drive by Investors Clinic

On 4^th April 2019, a selection panel from leading real estate consulting organization Investors Clinic visited ABIMS and evaluated MBA first and final year students for induction level and internship level hiring. The panel consisted of five members namely; Mr. Vishal Nagpal (Vice President HR), Mr. Sonal Rana (AM-HR), Mr. Tarun Dutt (SE-HR), Mr. Sachin Rekhi (Head-Sales), and Mr Neeraj Sharma (Head-Sales). After pre-placement talk personal interviews were conducted and a total of 33 students (18 from MBA-final year and 15 from MBA-first year) were declared successful. The selected students will shortly join the organization. Dr. Waseem Ahmad (Director, ABIMS) welcomed and felicitated the panel members. Mr. Faize Nabi (Head-Career Dev. Cell) and Dr. Atif Salar (Member-T&P Committee) thanked them for choosing ABIMS for their talent needs.
