World Environment Day (05 June 2022)

World Environment Day was observed in the campus by planting trees by the Director, ABIMS along with faculty members and students of MBA first and final year. In 1972, for the first time in the world a conference on the environment was held in Stockholm – United Nations Conference on the Human Environment, which is also known as the Stockholm conference. This gave birth to the World Environment Day and created the United Nations Environment Programme. World Environment Day is observed on June 5 across the globe to spread the importance of conserving planet Earth. The theme for 2022 was “Only One Earth” which focuses on our role as the citizens of the Earth, to protect the environment and to encourage sustainable living everywhere and everyday.
