Employment/ Job Fair (29 September 2022)
An Employment/ Job Fair was organized in ABIMS premises on 29th September by Regional Employment Office, Aligarh under joint aegis of Employment Deptt., ITI and Skill Development Mission of Governments of UP and Centre where total 21 companies of various nature from different locations of UP, Delhi and NCR participated. The companies participated were-(1.Hans Solar Renewal Energy India Pvt. Ltd., 2. Yash Infotech India Enterprises, 3. Pukhraj Health Care Pvt. Ltd., Punjab, 4.Don Boschotech Society, Lucknow, 5. Tata Strive Skill Development centre, Aligarh, 6. Fans Bazar Pvt. Ltd., Aligarh, 7. A. N.S Data Typing & Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Ghaziabad, 8. Om Gora Sewa Sansthan, Aligarh, 9. Ringsales Pvt. Ltd. Aligarh, 10. Kalyani Solar Power, Kanpur, 11. Himalayan Manpower Services, Lucknow, 12. M.K.D. Crop Science Pvt. Ltd. Aligarh, 13. Holy Herbs, Punjab, 14. Bhartiya Bodhdhik Vikas Samiti, Kasganj, 15. Bhartiya Jeevan Bima Nigam, Aligarh, 16. Raizaada Composoft, Aligarh, 17. Mahajeet & Sons Pvt. Ltd., Aligarh, 18. J.P. Securities Agency, Agra, 19. ICICI Bank, Aligarh, 20. Vishay Kushal India Pvt. Ltd. Noida (Lava & Diction) and 21. Pavna Industries, Aligarh). As the jobs were available for all background of candidates like- Jr. High School, High School, Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation, ITI, Polytechnic, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA and also Ex-Service men, the total number of candidates coming from various places of UP besides Aligarh like Hathras, Agra, Mathura, Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad, etc. appeared in Interview were approx. 800 and finally there were 398 candidates having been selected for multiple jobs. Some of them were given the offer letters on the spot. From total selection, there were about 15 students including a few B.Ed students from our campus selected for various positions in various organizations. This Job Fair was basically a community service of the governments extended to unemployed & marginalized sections of society. The event was jointly volunteered by them and our staff members and the students of MBA final year. There was a team of about 15 members of Employment Office headed by its Asstt. Director, Mr. A.K. Singh. The event was successfully completed.
