Abstract   The technology is spreading fast and making its way into very kind of business – whether finance, marketing or human resources. The Internet has steadfastly paved the way for marketers to tap consumers, study their online behaviour and provide them with different facets of information. This paper is an exploratory case study to examine the effectiveness of e-newsletter as a marketing tool. It aims to highlight various factors affecting e-newsletter by the users and the essential characteristics that make an e-newsletter successful.
